Heritage Engineering

Provided professional engineering and design services for this residential development located in Jefferson County, Kentucky. This development included 83 R-4 Single Family lots. Our work included creation of construction plans (which included roadways, site grading, erosion control, water distribution etc.) and sanitary sewer plans. Work also included preparation and approval of a Technical Review Committee Plan which included 2 ~ neighborhood meetings and a TRC meeting. The site also required the design of 30" water transmission main, and the planning and design of the St. Anthony Sanitary Sewer Interceptor to serve the site. The plans included the following items:

We are currently assisting the owner with construction management during construction of these improvements. Phase I of the project has been constructed (including the interceptor and the transmission main), and construction plans have just been approved for Phase2.
