Members of our staff provided engineering design services for the Rothrock Mill Bridge Replacement project. Heritage Engineering was responsible for the design of the approach roadways to the bridge on both the Harrison County and Crawford County sides. In addition, we were also responsible for the foundation system design, grading plan with erosion control measures, as well as bid documents.
